Stefy holds an MA in Counseling for Mental Health & Wellness and received her training at a private practice and outpatient settings. She has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and interpersonal issues. Stefy is also fluent in Spanish.

Stefy believes in a collaborative approach, built on trust and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her approach is designed to empower and support clients to overcome obstacles and barriers that leave them feeling stuck while helping them identify and utilize their strengths. Stefy is committed to creating a supportive environment where clients can explore thoughts, identify emotions and enhance their overall wellbeing. Stefy incorporates techniques including but not limited to CBT, DBT and psychodynamic techniques. Stefy is passionate about creating a safe space that cultivates awareness, empathy and growth.
