Selina received her Masters from NYU in Mental Health and Wellness. She has a wide range of experience working with both individuals and couples within the private practice setting. She sees clients looking to work on depression, anxiety, romantic and familial relationship difficulties, life transitions, and adjustment issues. Selina mainly works from a Person-Centered approach but her work is informed by Mindfulness as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Selina believes in the power and capacity for change and joy that each and every one of us hold within ourselves.
