Morgan Spatola

LMHC

“We each have a story with a multitude of different layers to be explored. Starting this process and sharing your story takes courage. I hope to connect with you, work together, and guide you through it in the most authentic way.”– Morgan Spatola

Morgan believes that feeling safe and empowered to be all versions of yourself is at the heart of therapy. She has experience working with adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and codependency-related issues. She also focuses on LGBTQ+-related issues, parents/caregivers of neurodiverse individuals, and developmental/relational trauma. She aims to create a warm environment that emphasizes your unique voice, your strengths, compassion, and a collaborative relationship.

Morgan practices from a psychodynamic framework, often incorporating techniques from CBT, DBT and Mindfulness. At your own pace, this might involve emotionally processing past and present relationships/experiences, challenging your perspectives, understanding/shifting patterns that may not serve you and gaining tools to aid in healing & growth.
