I work with adults, particularly Gen Z and millennials, navigating anxiety, perfectionism, major life transitions, identity questions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re holding it all together on the outside or feeling like you’re falling apart inside, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe meaningful growth happens in relationships where you feel truly seen and supported. I integrate evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and tailor our work to reflect your unique goals, values, and needs.
