Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has worked in a variety of therapeutic treatment settings throughout her career. Through the development of a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, she assists clients in gaining insight and problem-solving skills in order to alleviate negative thoughts, behavioral patterns, and overall struggles.
Samantha believes that no two people are the same, which means she customizes treatments to meet each client’s individual needs. Within sessions, she will help her clients will identify their true goals (the ones hiding deep down inside) and develop helpful coping skills and solutions. Samantha uses techniques that include, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
