Morgan Spatola


Morgan utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic approaches that are tailored to each person’s needs. She typically integrates techniques including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Morgan sees clients who are working through life transitions, experiencing anxiety or mood disorders, identity work, LGBTQ+ issues, relationships, and healing from trauma. Morgan holds a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College and received training in outpatient community mental health settings and developmental disability organizations. Her approach to counseling is rooted in collaborative therapeutic relationship, individualized, strengths-based treatment, and compassion. She is committed to creating a safe space for her clients to foster acceptance and facilitate change to enhance their overall well-being.
