Jessi holds a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College. She spent three years training at a residential treatment center where she worked with people experiencing a range of social, emotional and behavioral issues. Jessi’s primary focus is dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment and mood disorders. She works with her clients to build a strong, supportive and trusting environment so that they can engage in the healing process of finding a healthy balance between mental and physical health.
Jessi uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as, but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness. She also holds certifications in personal training and nutrition and believes the mind-body connection is a crucial part of our mental health. Jessi is passionate about helping her clients build a stronger sense of self, while developing skills to navigate a more positive mindset.
