Elisabeth Gulotta, Owner and Founder
Elisabeth Gulotta is the owner and founder of NYC Therapeutic Wellness. Elisabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY, practicing out of New York City and Westchester, NY. Elisabeth received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College and did extensive training in an outpatient setting where she treated individuals facing a range of social, emotional and behavioral issues. Elisabeth continued her training in two different private practice settings before deciding to open her own practice.
Elisabeth developed a passion for helping others through the therapeutic process after her own path of self-reflection and self-connection. After years of the listening to the “I should and I have to” messages that led her down a path of finance and life in a cubicle and many other missteps, Elisabeth took a step back, reflected on the “I want to” message and found her passion! Elisabeth wants to help you change the inner dialogue that may be getting in the way and unveil the path that brings true fulfillment to you, whether it’s personally or professionally or both!
